Processing & Shipping Times

• The Archive: ships within 24 hours, then 3-day delivery.
• Atelier, ready to ship: 8-10 business days, then 3-day delivery.
• Atelier, made for you in a natural color: about 2 weeks, then 3-day delivery.
• Atelier, made for you in a color: about 4 weeks, then 3-day delivery.
• Signature (semi-custom): 15 business days processing + 3 day shipping.
• Bundle Kits: 8 business days without color, 15 business days with color.
• The Studio (a service on your own wig): ships back 15 business days after your wig reaches us.
• Expedited processing: 8 business days for an additional $200 on Signature wigs (select at checkout). Not offered on the Atelier.

Business days run Monday to Friday; public holidays are not taken out of the count.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your wig has shipped.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on every US order, by 3-day delivery. Once your wig is ready, 2-day ($35) and overnight ($55) delivery are offered at checkout.

International shipping is calculated at checkout, where the carrier and delivery time are shown. Your country may charge import duties and taxes on delivery.

Returns & Adjustments

Request a return within 72 hours of receipt and there is no restocking fee. From 72 hours up to 7 days after receipt, returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee. After 7 days, a wig cannot be returned. The days run from the day the parcel arrived.

The restocking fee is waived for orders that shipped more than 20 days from the original order date.

All returns must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving the return label; otherwise, they are no longer eligible for return.

On Atelier and Signature wigs, if you don't love the color, cut, or style, you can return your wig within 30 days for a complimentary adjustment.

Signature semi-custom wigs and Archive pieces are final sale. The full terms are on our Returns page.
