Glueless wigs hold with an adjustable band at the back. Adhesive wigs hold at the hairline. Everything else follows from which one you have. Watch what you need.

Seven steps, in order.
Every seven to ten wears, or whenever there is build-up. The order matters more than the products: detangle dry, clarify cool, then put the moisture back. Tap a step, or walk through them.
Frequency
Deep conditioner, with heat. At least twenty minutes.
What it sleeps in.
Most of the wear a wig takes happens overnight and in a drawer, not on a head. Never a plastic bag: a breathable wig cap or bag instead.

- Keep away from pets and children
Five signs.
- Significant thinning or shedding
- Color fading that can’t be restored
- Matting that won’t comb out
- Damaged lace that’s tearing
- Loss of elasticity and shape
Damaged lace is not the end of a wig. Lace replacement is a Studio service, and so is color correction when fading has gone too far to wash out.
