We adhere to a high standard of quality assurance. Our wig units are evaluated by a multi-step internal quality control process from beginning to end.
With that said, things happen. If they do, we will always do what it takes to make things right!
Are you having trouble with your wig? We offer free adjustments! Schedule a Virtual Consultation with one of our master stylists within 30 days of you receiving your wig so we can look into it further, and we’ll set up the adjustment process from there.
If for any reason an adjustment cannot be made, we will provide you with a refund. Refunds are only available if you’ve reached out to our team within 7 days of receiving your wig in the mail. Our wigs come with tags affixed to them. All wigs must have their tags intact and remain in the same condition as they were delivered in (unused and unwashed) to be eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Parfait offers free domestic shipping on every order. Our usual processing time is between 2-3 business days to allow us to create your perfect look. Delivery times average 3-5 business days after processing. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
